The teachers came back.

So I've had like a week and a half of Mr. Mom duties with Matthew, and he was here last

week in the studio with us, but they came back. So now life has returned back to somewhat normalcy. I feel like nobody was happier about that than the parents. Yeah. Well, the kids weren't certain. The kids certainly were not having fun of. Matthew was, yeah. He was like, oh, back to school. But, dude. Now, now his school got three weeks off for winter break, three weeks then the strike and then they were back to school for a week and then they were strike for a week and a half i says dude you've barely been in school for the last month and you're complaining well that's the jackpot right right yeah yeah right now are they going to have to make that up at the end of the year see i don't know i don't know how that know how that works. We haven't been told about that yet because it's almost like snow days on, you know, in the

Northeast.

It's like, oh, we got to make up a week and a half.

I don't know how that's all going to work.

I'm sure we'll find out. That's what we had to do in Florida. I grew up and went to school in Florida.

Whenever we had a hurricane, we used to have to make it up in the summer.

And my birthdays so happens to be like usually one of the first weeks of summer.

So whenever there was a hurricane, I'd always be in school for my birthday, when I usually shouldn't be. Yep. That's the thing, California kids, we don't, we don't have. Like, we don't have snow days. Yep. Uh, you know, I mean, I guess we don't really have, you know, we don't have earthquakes often enough for it to be like a thing I don't know we should have like traffic days in LA or something

I don't know. We should have like traffic days in L.A. or something. Basically, the only time that you would get any sort of weird time off is teacher strikes. A strike or a massive earthquake, right? I mean, that's it. That's got it. Right? That is really it. Behind the glass, as always listening to us, Banser, is our faithful producer, senior Edward L. Murphy Esquire. Murph, what's up? No, I love the conversation you guys always start to show up with. It's funny because in New York, we'd have, we'd always somehow find, like, a snow day would happen on a day we already had off. Like, Martin Luther King, Martin Luther King. Like, you have the Monday, three-day weekend.

It's like perfect.

And then a snowstorm would come in like Sunday night.
