little? And I was probably one of the first, in fact, probably the first person to talk about

carbs or cyclical ketosis. I mean, the bodybuilding world definitely had it down way before I did where

they use carbohydrate timing on a ketogenic diet to build muscle, and when I read all those

studies and talked to different nutritionists in the space and doctors that were doing it,

I definitely thought that was something there, but when I came out to the ketogenic community

in 2014 and said, guys, I think we can cycle our carbohydrates. Everyone looked at me like, wow,

I imagine they looked at me. They didn't really look. They just like sent hate emails and threatened
