She's lost 100 pounds twice in smaller amounts, multiple times, doing almost every diet out there at some point, and she's currently focused on healing, health, and longevity over weight loss alone.

She's a huge research nerd, and her story is so incredibly encouraging for those that have experienced just feeling down and out with their diet and not knowing where to turn.

And before you know it, your backup or even higher, then you were previously, how to set targets for weight loss that are healthy, focused, overcoming fatty liver disease, getting diagnosed with statins, high blood pressure medication.

I mean, the list goes on. This woman is so incredibly inspiring. And I don't even think she knows how inspiring she is, which makes it even more so.
