Coming up this morning, two law firms are fighting back against Donald Trump's campaign of retribution.

And so far, they are winning. We'll talk about the two

brand new restraining orders against the president and what they mean for the fight ahead.

Plus, the two Democratic members of the Federal Trade Commission say that the president

illegally fired them last week. This week, they sued, and today, one of those terminated

former commissioners will join me to talk about it.

And Secretary of State Marco Rubio says that he has revoked at least 300 student visas as the Trump

administration targets foreign-born student activists, including a Turkish graduate student with a valid

student visa who is seen in dramatic surveillance

video being snatched off the street of her college town by masked officers.

It happened in Congresswoman Ayanna Presley's district, and she is demanding answers from

the administration.

She'll be here to share what she's learned.

But we begin this morning with two instances in which highly

sensitive information was sent to a journalist by a government official by mistake,

but with two vastly different responses from the Trump administration. NBC News has learned

that a longtime Department of Homeland Security employee recently told colleagues that in late

January,

she accidentally included a journalist in an email containing details of an upcoming ICE operation.

Realizing what happened, she called the reporter who agreed not to disclose the information.

Importantly, what was included in the email was not classified, but it was considered law enforcement
