But the idea of growth means change.

definitely one of those people I think growth is also something that you have to be

intentional about I know that sometimes like things will grow you up, but it's also just

kind of just the element of like, okay I'm ready to grow up and like what you choose to do in order to make that happen. You know what I'm saying? I was talking to a

home boy in mind and he said that he gets scientific with it. I was like,

okay what that mean? And he was like, you know, I realize that I don't like having to raise my voice

because I don't like the energy that comes with arguments.

And he said, I realize that I raise my voice.

When I raise my voice, my stomach gets tense.
