You know, the robots have already come to vacuum your floors, and now they're coming to mow your lawn.

As spring turns to summer,

gas-guzzling lawn mowers and leaf blowers may keep your yard looking nice, but critics say there are two big drawbacks. One, all that gas spewing is not good for the environment. And two,

they're loud. Drama over mowing and leaf-blowing noise has caused some communities to ban them, according to the New York Times.

But there may be a solution to those woes, at least according to Sweden-based outfit Huskvarna.

That company offers several robot mowers, quiet, powered by batteries, and able to run for 60 to 90 minutes with nary a human touch.
