with that. Today I want to talk about something a little bit different. I know that the conversation

in Washington is dominated by talk of shutdown and furloughs and people are scared of Russ

vote and people are worried about what's going on and Democrats are scattered all over the place

and Chuck Schumer doesn't know what he's doing and Hakeem Jeffries doesn't know what he's doing. Everything's up in the air. But I wanted to talk to you

about something different based on a couple of things that just happened in the last week in my life,

but also based on something that I heard from America's conscience, Hillary Clinton.

So I think that's what makes us so special as a country. And the

idea that you could turn the clock back and try to recreate a world that never was dominated by,

you know, let's say it, white men of a certain persuasion, a certain religion, a certain point of view, a certain ideology,

is just doing such damage to what we should be aiming for.

And we were on the path toward that.

I mean, imperfectly, lots of, you know, bumps along the way.

But I agree with you, we were on the right trajectory.

You know, she really just can't let that deplorable stuff go, even after all these years.
