Alright, so today we're going to talk about this crazy thing.

Hold on, I know that sounds crazy, but let me just explain what I'm talking about.

As you know, I have ADHD and many of you who listen, struggle with concentration or you

It's one of those things that impairs your cognitive function.

And because I do take Adderall, I do take an ADHD medication and by the way, that is not
