Recently, Eric Hecker, a former contractor for Raytheon, blew the whistle about the U.S. government using "voice to skull" technology and "intrusive thought devices" upon the populace. 1:17.0	from Quivering Representative Tim Berchett, who had a grim take after having been shown UFO alien footage,

1:38.3	Berchett, who sits on the House Oversight Committee involved in UFO hearing, said he was shown
1:43.2	disturbing footage of alien things that he couldn't really talk about.
1:51.2	And apparently, in those hearings, his hands were shaking, and he went to take a sip of water,
1:58.6	and he could barely put the cup to his lips. So a little bit of truth is that the mental windshield
2:05.3	of a few politicians, like an enormous psychic bud splat.
2:12.7	And we have discovered only one thing. Nothing is going to change, not for us anyway,
2:20.7	because at some level, I don't think they, I'm sure, they don't feel like they ever have to
2:27.9	tell us anything. They're doing this for themselves, whatever it is they're doing.
