Ron had to get a medical procedure done and I'm dealing with some really bad allergies and I didn't know if I could get through the show yesterday, so I took the night off.

Today I'm trying to pierce through my itchy eyes and I guess I gave it to the cat's been sneezing too.

So I don't know what's going on with that.

You can just see it in the air after the rain came, you think that it would just kill all the pollen, but no, it just seems to be coming up now and you see it in the air and

I just tell you it just makes you feel all it makes me feel edgy that's that's what I don't like about allergies is that it makes me feel like

I'm on some sort of heavy caffeine or

something because my body is just you know it wants to itch or scratch something and

I can't so bear with me tonight I'll I'll do my best doing my best tonight so

one of the things though that I did have a lot of time

to do was read. I always take time to read and do some studying, do some news gathering, try and

figure out what's going on in this world and try to get a

perspective, a different perspective of what's going on.

One of the things I'm noticing though in the news, something that I was talking to Ryan Gable about today

and that is timing is everything when you're doing a show like this when you're

doing shows like what we do here at Ground Zero and it was Monday where we were discussing the idea that they're going to try and

scare you with a number of things and they're talking about bird flu and Gretchen
