It's also a day where some people still have the courage to do practical jokes,

even in the face of possible eating slapping down by,

which by the way, Will Smith just resigned from the Academy of Ocean Picture Sciences,

so I mean a lot of fallout from his slapping of Chris Rock, and now he's

he stepped down. That's not an April Fool's gag, by the way. I'm not going to do any April Fool's

gags tonight. I'm just not. April Fool's Day used to be fun when I did Morning Radio because

we used to always do all kinds of crazy stuff and get away with it. And then now it's like,

you know, what I do. I mean, back in 1995, I mean, I told my audience when I first started the show

on April Fool's Day, I said, you know, it's how appropriate that we're starting on April Fool's

Day. It's the first show presented on April Fool's Day because I said, April Fool's,

what did I say? I said, every day is April Fool's, every night is Halloween on Ground Zero.

I mean, tonight we also start a new distribution network, new network that we're going to be

broadcasting on. And we'll tell you more about that in the coming days. They all excited about

our new network. Back in the old days, 27 years ago, I used to, you know, when I said that April Fool's

every day was April Fool's and every night is Halloween, it was kind of my way of saying,

it's an old 14 saying. It says, I could be kidding, but I'm very serious about what I kid about.
