Glad to have you with us tonight and

tonight's show is actually kind of a carryover from a show we did a couple days ago.

I tapped into something that got a little bit of attention and then I thought well

I'll just leave that for another show and it's funny because the news actually

dictated. I do the show tonight and because a number of things that it came to my attention and I shook my head and thought,

you know what, this all sounds familiar to me, it's going to sound familiar with the audience.

And so I thought I would bring it home tonight for you and

first of all we go back in time a bit we go back to when I was a kid I remember when I was a kid. I was a little boy. I had a father who was afraid of heights.

And so he was afraid of flying. I always heard stories of people going out to other states and flying to other states and

I would say, well I'm not going to be able to do that because my dad just doesn't want to take

a plane ride. I mean we went to Idaho and we went to Colorado and we could drive you know my

father even got the courage to drive to Portland and to come to the beach I mean

that's that's when he was in a more advanced state of age, but I, when I was a kid, I always

thought to myself that planes were something that were impossible. I just didn't understand how they could how something that big

could safely go up into the air. Occasionally I would hear of the hijacking of planes.

We grew up in that era, you know, mostly in Cuba, it was hijackers
