I'm Clyde Lewis, and this is Ground Zero.

Again, we're live, then. I have to tell everybody we're live,

because we've had some strange weather in the Pacific Northwest, and

what was it? Night before last, we did a show, and the snow came down, and

West and I were white knuckling it out to my house, literally.

And so the next morning, I woke up, and it was still a lot of snow and ice on the roads,

and it's not about whether or not we can drive in the snow rise, it's about whether or not

anybody else can. I think that's what a lot of people don't understand, to see.

I'm from Utah, so I'm used to the snow, and West is from Colorado, so he's used to the snow.

The only thing is, is most people in Portland, no matter what happens,

it's like having a snowstorm here's like having a tornado. They don't have a drive.

In the rain, let alone in the snow. We're going to get hit by someone else, not that we're

going to hit anything. Even then, you get stuck at the stoplights, you get stuck, and we just

didn't want to be stuck in the snow. So we came in tonight because the roads are dry,

but then again, we're taking it day by day. We don't know if we're going to be here tomorrow,

because it's just that they don't have snow plows here either. I mean, we declare an emergency

in the state, whatever the snow falls, but our governor just doesn't seem to have enough money

to pay for snow plows. So it's just a weird thing. And so I don't think people really understand,

say, I used to be all cynical too, but I'm not anymore. I'm beginning to understand why I think
