Summary

In 1996, the USAF published “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning The Weather In 2025.” According to the Air Force, this paper aims to outline a strategy for using future weather modification systems to achieve military objectives. The private sector is also jumping on board since there is big money in combating “climate change.” Many scientists worry that these efforts could do more harm than good by causing destructive weather patterns or benefiting some countries more. It is all about full spectrum dominance of the planet, even if it means hacking the climate, the environment, and its weather.
