Summary

Over the past several years, "Havana Syndrome" has been recognized as a form of psychological warfare through covert technologies. A congressional committee has submitted criminal referrals to the DOJ regarding the intelligence community's handling of Havana Syndrome. Scientists warn that mind-altering brain weapons, which can control your perception, memory, and behavior, are closer to reality than ever.
