Summary

NATO officials are furious that North Korean troops, allied with Russia, are being introduced into the Ukraine conflict. The Russians have no incentive to end the war because they are steadily occupying territory in eastern Ukraine. If the Russians progress toward achieving their goals, why would they want to stop? Trump’s peace plan for Ukraine envisages the creation of an 800-mile demilitarized zone that Europeans would patrol. Additionally, the war in the Middle East could go to an apocalyptic level at any moment, China could soon decide to invade Taiwan, and North Korea may choose to overtake South Korea. We are living at a time of “wars and rumors of wars” and sadly, a tremendous amount of death and destruction could be right around the corner. Tonight on Ground Zero (7-10 pm, pacific time) Clyde Lewis talks with military and geopolitical analyst, James Ponder about POLITICAL PURGATORY.
