I'm Clyde Lewis, and this is Ground Zero.

The numbers to call tonight, 5035 0 860 that's 503 225 0860 I'll tell you what I this morning normal routine wake up brush the teeth, go downstairs, sip the coffee, sit at the computer, and figure out what to talk about.

And I can tell you this, never in my life have I been so distracted by a story.

I can say the last time would be the 9-11 attacks and the time before that would be the

L.A. riots.

So, you know, going from the L.A. riots to 9-11 to now with what we're seeing in Los Angeles,

it's such a distraction for me.

I couldn't even think of anything else to talk about or to put down.

And I've got some ideas here that I'm going to put out here.

And they're going to be controversial, but I think that if you think hard about what I'm about to tell you, it was something I was trying to get out last night, but, you know, Deborah Devaris, you know, she had her ideas. She had her things she wanted to say. And, and she's perfect. She's, she's good for this type of report. But I don't know if anybody's really taken the time to look at the images of the

destruction that's taking place in Los Angeles.

It's hard to believe seriously.

It's, I mean, we're being told that approximately 75% of Pacific Palisades has been completely

leveled by fires.

And the use of the phrase completely leveled is not at all an exaggeration.

It literally looks like a nuke went off and wiped out everything.

There have been plenty of fire disasters in California before,

but never anything like we're seeing today.

At this point, looking around different stories from Zero Hedge to activist posts to AccuWeather,

they're projecting the total economic losses will be between $52 billion and $57 billion.
