0:15.7	I first met Rory about 20 years ago, maybe even more than 20 years ago. When I first joined the Labour Party in Nottingham,
0:22.3	and I'd go to these events across the East Midlands, Rory was like a rising star even then and was vocal and was passionate.
0:30.0	And it's been amazing watching him then go on and have a distinguished career in politics through local government
0:35.6	and then in the European Parliament. And on the final day of the European Parliament,
0:39.5	Rory's the one who had the scarves made. The you'll have seen so many of the British members of the European Parliament
0:46.0	wearing on those emotional scenes in that final day.
