I'd like to share with you today something that's simple but extremely powerful and profound.

I think that sometimes in life the most powerful truths are almost deceptively simple. We're like, wait, is that it? Surely it has to be more complicated

and complex than this, than simply even just these few words or this realization or this belief upgrade that's coming my way.

The thing, the truth that I would like to share with you today is this.

If you are experiencing some stress in your life, some negative emotion,

something's making you frustrated or sad or feeling lost or or angry.

We know the spectrum of negative emotions.

If you're suffering or experiencing stress in your life right now, I can pretty much guarantee that without

exception, I mean there are always some exceptions so I don't like to say

100% but if I were to give something a hundred percent it would be this. The reason

you're feeling that way is because you have an expectation and an attachment to how things should be going, what should be happening, what should be taking place in your life

instead.

So just say you're thinking, I feel like I'm such a loser because I save no money this year and I have debt.

Well that's because you think that today you should have X, Y,

in the bank and a different financial reality.

Or if you feel like you're behind and your friends have all started families,

or for whatever reason you just feel like you're slow and you've got a lot to catch up on.

That's because there is some idea, some thoughts and belief in your mind that there is a right place for you to be

and you are not in that right place today.

Even think about this.

Just say you even go to a store to return something, right?
