So, Eric and I probably have two different perspectives on this.

I'm more of the no. I'm pretty much actually I'm a no.

Yeah and I know Eric hires quite a bit of coaches so I know it's a yes on his end.

So here's the thing. There's a lot of people who can quote unquote try to provide value. I think the biggest issue I have, like, I'll give an example,

Eric has an agency coach, right? Can we talk about that Eric or no?

He's not an agency coach. I would, so do you want me to describe who he is first? Yeah go for it. Okay. Yeah, so he's a former

VC who did a lot of investing with Fred Wilson and Bradfeld so he's pretty accomplished. He's more of like he kind of straddles a line between business and like therapy for me so

Yeah, but there was also someone you end up working with that helped you with agencies who sold the agents. Oh yeah, okay, okay. So yes, why don't you start on that one first? Go ahead. Yeah, so there was this guy that was giving me Eric feedback. He was coaching him on agencies, and he was just like,

yeah, had an agency sold it to a really big holding company

that's publicly traded and probably worth over $10 billion,

as in the company who he sold to not the value of his company and I was just like why would you pay this guy?

Because if you were super successful why would he want money per hour?

All that meant is he probably didn't sell his agency for as much as he

claimed or wanted to allude to and I'm not I don't know who that person is so I'm not
