maybe walking every single day. And of course, you're aware that others have a daily step goal,

most common, of course, 10,000. But you don't have a goal right now.

You're taking a daily walk and starting to wonder,

Maybe you've been walking 10,000 steps or more. Maybe you've even been doing it for a long time and you're starting to question, do I still need to keep doing this? Is this valuable? I've been on both sides of that question now since I started walking for fitness 10 years ago.

For more than eight years, I had a daily step goal, started a 10,000 steps.

How creative is that?

Bumped it up to 15, moved to 17, it was it 20,000, and there were even seasons where I supersized that goal as a personal challenge.

I think the first supersized goal was a month of reaching 25,000 steps.

I had one month where the goal was a million steps,

which worked out to like 32, $33,000 a day.
