| 0:00.0 | You're inspiring people. You ever thought about that? Welcome to walking is fitness. This is a podcast of |
| 0:11.6 | action, providing a little extra motivation to help you keep that fitness promise you made to yourself. |
| 0:18.0 | I'm Dave. I started walking for fitness in 2013. Still take an intentional fitness walk |
| 0:24.3 | every single day. I'm walking right now. I would love to have you join me for the next 10 minutes. |
| 0:31.8 | So I'm going to start by giving you an update on Ava. Surgery was a little more than a week ago, |

| 2:02.6 | And of course, they're out, they're walking, they're moving as well. |
| 2:06.6 | And when they see Ava, they stop and ask how she's doing, how she feels. |
| 2:13.6 | Is there anything that they can do for her? |
| 2:16.6 | Now, remember, two years ago, my wife was in an auto accident and the recovery had her in a wheelchair for two months and I would push her around the neighborhood. |
| 2:29.3 | Most days. So they saw her in the wheelchair being pushed. |
| 2:36.3 | They saw once she was out of the wheelchair, this slow recovery, walking very slowly, |
