The question before us is should you go to court?

I have often been a part of conversations and or heard someone speaking about a situation

and someone thinking they're giving good advice says you should sue them.

Friends I know for personal experience that is often the worst advice that can be given

is to take someone to court.

The reason being getting embroiled in the legal battle is a very expensive proposition.

I know from personal experience many years ago I was sued by a large organization for

something I did not do and I had to retain a lawyer to defend myself and it exhausted

my savings and in the end the organization offered me a settlement which was much smaller
