million dollars a year in active income and I got $100,000 a month in passive income before all my other property get paid off.

So the game of the game is I still create passive active income and I did use I'm going to do pay

down my property today I got a plaintiff property I didn't need to pay them off all of them

if I get all of them paid out I'm gonna get probably 250 300 grand a month in

passive income.
