personal experience. Yeah, so let's jump right in. I was actually kind of surprised at the data

that you pulled up on this, right? Yeah, so when you're looking at the part of the housing market

that's selling faster than any other, you have're looking at the part of the housing market that's

selling faster than any other, you have to look at the data. And the data is surprising.

Yeah. Well, it's the high end. Yeah. Like it's really interesting. I guess if you really look at this,

we do know that we have 50,000 baby boomers retiring each and every day.

That has been going on for some time.

But what's really, really interesting is there are some markets that have gotten really

pricey and other markets that haven't as much.

And so you're starting to see people make decisions with their money, try to figure out where they want to be.

Even if they grew up somewhere, we're starting to see relocations.

And, you know, you're starting to see some of these really, really warm areas, obviously Florida, Arizona, Texas.

Tennessee's been off the hook, areas of North Carolina.

And, you know, so people are like going to these places and they're actually buying all cash. Yeah. Which is really, really interesting.

I was looking at, we live in Paradise Valley, Arizona. And the majority of the homes that are

being sold here are all cash.

So, and by the way, guys, you know, we're talking about $10, $20 million in cash,
