| 0:00.0 | Hey friends, what's going on? Welcome to the podcast. I am Koryalin, as always, |
| 0:05.4 | I hope that you're doing good, that you're feeling well, and that the things |
| 0:08.5 | you're going to write in your life, you know, that you're years getting off to a |
| 0:10.8 | good start. On this episode of the podcast, I'm going to answer another listener |
| 0:17.1 | question. Everyone's while I throw up a form in my Instagram stories, we can |

| 1:24.6 | different traditions. Someone like me who follows no specific tradition, who I've |
| 1:29.5 | just always meditated, you know, for the last 25 years or so, through reading a |
| 1:36.2 | bunch of different approaches from various schools and styles, and then |
| 1:41.4 | mainly just experimenting with my own, my own approach to see what feels good, |
| 1:47.8 | what works best for me, what am I getting out of it and that type of thing. So, |
| 1:51.6 | you know, there's a lot of entry points to the ideas of meditation. And I think that, |
