Hey everybody, welcome back to the VizzyMom podcast. My name is Heidi St. John. You can

find me at thevizzymom.com. And I am here today with Duranda Wilson. She is a mother of eight.

They range an age from 10 to 24 and mine range an age from four and a half to almost 24. So

we got kind of a similar thing going on with our families, and we've been talking a lot lately

about how we kind of do life as a family. And one of the interesting topics that came up was

this topic of sleepovers. And I don't know how you were Duranda, but when I grew up, everybody

was doing sleepovers. So I think the thing about sleepovers is it's morphed. Our opinions at
