So let's just rewind quickly to Saturday.

The Nats beat the Diamondbacks 5'3.

And just a quick tip of the hat to Danny Rui, who had the call along with Charlie Slowes on the radio on Saturday.

I didn't listen to the whole game, but I heard part of the game while I was driving around in the car.

And Danny sounded great. Charlie sounded great as always.

Danny sounded awesome sitting in in Dave's usual seat.

Dave had the day off.

And I know it was a thrill for Funny Danny to get that opportunity. He's awesome. He's a natural. He's a natural. Yeah, he sounded great. I think I tuned in around like the sixth to seventh inning. And then when I was driving around, yeah, it fit right in. Yep. Very comfortable. He got to watch another gem from Foster Griffin, who improves the 12 and 2.

Mm-hmm. Now has a 2.76 ERA for the Washington Nationals.

And now the trade rumors are really swirling around him because we saw that the extension talks between his representatives and the Nats, the quote was, fizzled quickly. Quickly. Right. Fizzled quickly. So that's not encouraging for him staying around. There's two words, cakes. He gone. He go. He gone. It's just, I would think it's just a matter of time until you hear the news that Foster Griffin is on his way out of Washington, D.C. Well, I mean, unless they come to an agreement over the next couple weeks. They're not. Well, the next couple days. Fizzled quickly. It's hard to, it's hard to have encouragement when. Yeah, I know. Fizzled quickly. It's over. It is the description of the negotiations.

It doesn't sound great.
