I would like to dispel some of them and give you guys the truth. Well, the Lakers and a lot of the rest of the NBA announced some of their official signing, some of the moves they've made. And included in this, as Bobby Marks noted, and the Lakers did put out the official press releases and everything like that. It's all on my X timeline. You can find it there at Trevor underscore Lane. If you want to see the Lakers official press release, comments from Rob Polanka, whether or not he actually wrote the comments. I don't know. there weren't enough parables in them for me to say for sure it was a problem.

But nonetheless, quotes from the Lakers, the graphics that they put out, the official

press release, all that on guys like Jackson Hayes, Jake Laravia, DeAndre Aten,

and more.

So all of that is out there on my ex timeline at Trevor underscore Lane. But Bobby put

this together. DeAndre Aidan and Jake Laravia split the non-taxpayer MLE, Aiton getting $8.1 million and

six million going to Jake LaRae. Not a surprise there. That's exactly what we thought it was going to be.

Now, we do have a Deut Thierro did get a three-year deal.

I was actually a little bit disappointed there, was hoping he would get a four-year deal

with the last two years being team control, which is what the Lakers did with Bronte James

and with Maxwell Lewis. Instead, it is a three-year deal with the final year being team control

in the first year being being or the first two years

being guaranteed i would have rather seen an extra year of team control what that means is that

compared to say brawny's deal or the deal that maxwell lewis got before he was traded uh was that

there is one year less of team control there which means that if i do hits hits, if he works out for the Lakers, he hits free agency that much earlier, and the Lakers would have to pay him that much earlier. So it's possible three years from now. We're looking at saying, man, I wish Rob had figured out a way to sign a fourth year on his rookie contract instead of having to pay adieu this much earlier now again for for a do

this is not much ado about nothing see what i did there god i'm going to drive people crazy with

that all season um be ready but for him it's a big deal because he can get out of the rookie

for the NBA players you want to be off your rookie contract as quick as you can and so you can start making what some of the other guys

in the league are so it's great news for him but for the Lakers who are going to be

cost conscious that's not ideal though I'll have some had some people point out well

if it's two years guaranteed and the third year's team option doesn't that kind of fit

in with the 2027 plan?
