I've been in the fashion industry for a very long time over 25 years.

There is an entry-level woman in our office that has the best attitude about our industry.

She is eager.

She takes on every task with enthusiasm

and she is genuinely a very nice person.

Problem is, she has zero, zero I for what we do for a living. She's a task, she's

task oriented and is quite dependable, but as much as I try to teach her about our trade, I know

that she'll never be anything except a poor designer.

How do I break this to her?

She looks up to me so much, and if I tell her the truth it will crush her dream.

I can't recommend her for jobs.
