Should we have term limits for Supreme Court Justices? I'm Scott Ott with Bill Whittle and Stephen Green.

And gentlemen, this was among the proposals that President Biden just made to try to reform the court.

Another was to develop an ethical code for the court that would be imposed upon them rather than just letting them decide what their court. Another was to develop an ethical code for the court that would be imposed upon them

presidential immunity. But we're not going to get into all of that right now. I found it interesting.

A couple of years ago, President Biden used an executive order to create what is referred to as a bipartisan commission.

Now, there are lots of people on this commission, and I don't know all their backgrounds.

Most of them went to somewhere like Harvard or Yale Law or Columbia or a bunch of other schools.

Anyway, lots of people on this commission.

They interviewed lots of people, and his task to them was basically

to study previous movements of court reform initiatives and evaluate them and study ideas that came

up during those processes and give kind of pros and cons of each of those ideas.

So this large report was produced by this

presidential commission, and I've had an opportunity to read part of it. Now, I'm only, I think,

into page like 117 or something like that. But Stephen Green, here's the basic idea.

Right now, the U.S. Constitution says that Supreme Court justices can serve during good behavior,

which basically means for life unless they get impeached.

Okay?

So the suggestion is, and President Biden would like to see something like this,

that we would term limit them to
