So I tried something new this morning.

I'm playing with my health, but in a good way.

I tried my first ice bath this morning.

That's how you chose to start your day.

So I have for like the last week and a half been doing as soon as I get up in the morning.

First of all, I hate cold showers.

I hate, hate, hate the cold period, right?

But I've been reading a lot about the health benefits of cold water showers and cold water

baths.

It helps with inflammation.

It certainly gets your dopamine going really early in the morning.

It's good for your mental health.

It's got a whole bunch of other mental, um, a whole bunch of other health benefits also,

right?

My husband does this.

He does.

He, the cold showers like he'll, he turns the shower on and instead of waiting for it

to warm up, he gets in and he starts it as a freezing cold shower.

It's something like a beer will give you one and one point five times the dopamine.

I think cocaine is something like 10 times the dopamine mean or something like that.

Like a four or 15 minutes cold shower, like the whole thing cold will give you 10 times
