I'm contemplating mixing business and business with Mikey. So kind of have a

proposition, kind of want to run something by you guys and get your get your take on it.

Okay? So I have chronicled on the show how my husband and I purchased a condo for her niece when she moved in here

she ended up moving back to Kentucky and we are now left with this condo that

has turned into the condo from hell.

There was a water pipe that burst

and there was a lot of water damage.

I think four different times the sewage backed up on it.

There was termites and asbestos.

It was like the, not even a trifecta a quadruplea. Anyway so we had to gut the

entire place and we're putting it back together we finally got drywall so it's starting to

look like a legit condo again. It's very exciting and Bart's been busting in his

ass getting this thing put back together and I was thinking because Bart hit up Mikey, I was like, hey, you want to earn a couple bucks?
