0:55.4	You too, sir. How can I help? Yeah, so I am 28 years old. I'm working in the family business.
1:02.1	What we do is we do concrete and asphalt work in the city there. And I am coming up on 10 years here in about a couple of weeks working for the family business
1:14.4	and, you know, it has its ups and downs, but I guess more so my question is, is it time for me to
1:21.3	move on or is it time for me to continue on with the family business, so.

1:27.1	Why would you move on and why would you stay?
1:30.3	Well, why I would stay is it's kind of always been talked about becoming an owner.
1:36.9	And the last few years, basically what I've been told is, you know, the business has been
1:43.7	struggling to a point to where I would be obtaining a burden.
1:49.3	And I've become to realize I want to be an owner, but now I'm starting to realize I'm like, do I want to own this or do I want to own something that is truly my own?
