0:47.3	manager at my family's construction business. We do commercial drawball and painting. We've got about 30
0:52.8	employees, and last year we did about 13 million in revenue.
0:56.2	Way to go, man.
0:58.1	So we've been in business for about 28 years, and our reputation of, you know, speed and quality
1:05.2	and doing good for the general contractors has been what's got us contracts over the years.
1:12.4	And so lately our competition is spending money, taking the general contractors,
1:18.9	you know, on hunting trips, fishing trips, golf trips, and stuff like that.
1:23.9	We have never had to do that.
1:26.4	And so my question is, at what point does doing that become
1:30.8	unethical and if it's not unethical how do you play that game well it's not unethical and the way
1:38.8	you play the game is you take them on hunting and efficient trips but the the purpose of the trip is
1:43.5	not to bribe someone if it's done ethically.
1:46.5	It's just to build relationships.
1:49.3	And it's standard practice in the subcontract world with commercial contractors.
1:56.9	And so, you know, I built a building that I'm sitting in here.
