Debo, welcome back to the pod. As always, very happy to be here. I love that backdrop. I love that

backdrop at CNBC's One Market there. There you are. You're not sitting up all ready to go like you are

on TV. It seems like a podcasting stance that you have there.

But it's always interesting. People ask me every time I'm out there and I would do a hit from there.

Is that like a real backdrop? It is real and it is fabulous.

It's not a green screen. You should see my setup though. The reason why I'm more casual is because I've got like the computer propped up, a microphone plugged in, so a little less formal.

But that's why I like doing this with you.

It's meant to be casual.

Also, I want to hit something here as our team was putting together some notes for this.

It's a longer form sort of thing.
