And me and my wife have been following the baby steps for the past couple months.

And it's made a real big impact in our lives. And it's going really great.

My question today is more for Ken. I've been listening to a lot of Ken Coleman show and working towards finding my dream job,

and actually I have a question for him.

So I currently work for a great company and have a great leader, but it isn't exactly my dream job.

I've already put in my resignation to my current job, and I'm starting work next week at

another company that is much more aligned with my career goals. My question today, is it appropriate

for me to ask my current boss for a reference letter before I leave my current position to be used

possibly in a future job search? Sure. I don't know why it wouldn't be based on what you

told me. It was a great company and you have a great, you have a lot of admiration for your leader.
