The virtue at a personal is just business. It is I'm sure what some have had to do when you got a fire a friend or fire a best friend

This is why people say never going business like friends or family, right?

100% and I got a friend who was in this exact spot and I'm kind of in the middle of it because I'm friends with both

I'm better friends with the guy that's in the position

But I also know the guy that's put him in a tight position

And so what's going on is one of my good friends just got a new job about four or five months ago

And he's an assistant to a pretty high profile person. So I'm proud of him. He's doing his thing

It's not exactly what he wanted, but it's going into the area that he that what he what he's always wanted to do

so

They decided to open up the assistant group like in order to bring in more help

I guess with the project that is going on with whatever this individual is doing and

And so they needed to hire other people and this other friend is in a tight spot right now and needed a job

So my friend reached out to me and said I'm thinking about trying to bring them on to the team

Because it's not like hard work. You just pay attention and it's a lot of work

But you'll be fine. He's like he needs a job. He's my friend

They asked if we had anybody to recommend what should I do and to be honest

Tell him I didn't think he should do it because I know this person and as much as I love him

Mm-hmm, and not always the the most they don't pay attention to detail too well the person that you're specifically talking about

That's about to be hired right okay, and I would you say they are or are not reliable?

They're not okay. I have to be honest and disorganized. Yes, okay love him. Yep, but it's just the truth little scattered

Little bit gotcha and so my god has in this position. It's like you know, you're right, but this is not the hardest thing in the world

So I said listen, I'm not gonna tell you to not give somebody a job
