the last stage of the Jura before the first rest day, so we're going to talk through, well

basically where the Jura stands, some of the big storylines, the big wins and the big losses.

People like Joe Nebraska, Caleb Ewen,

lots of crashes, Ego Bernal, what the GC picture looks like, all that good stuff.

And then we're going to have a little bit of a debate as to whether gravel belongs in Grand Tours.

And then we've got news from a series of one days in Spain for the women's

peloton. Whole bunch of racing happened over the course of what three or four days and

we'll run through all of those.
