Hello and welcome back to the U.A. podcast. I'm Tradana Abraham. And I am Jared Fried. Great to see

you, Jordana. Great to see you as always. Listen, once a week, we're really getting to stay in touch.

It's great. This is, I like our weekly check-in. I like that we do like five minutes, but really we get

to go over things in the first 15 of this podcast. How are you? I listen to Jess's Zoom meetings a

little bit, like work ones. Have you guys had, does every Zoom meeting start with how we do

and everybody and everyone has to say the same things? Like, are you having that too? Pretty much,

I guess. Yeah, it's like a little bit of that. Like, oh, like a little like tiny anecdote about why

some things are annoying and then you get right into it. And then sometimes that goes on for too long,

and I'm like, listen, I've got another meeting at one. So like, I love this, but let's just get to

the point of the meeting. I feel like, yeah, this is, but I watch it from this angle. Like, and I get

it too with like zooms that I start and like, it always has to get punctuated with some like non-sequator,

where it's like, I guess the new normal. All right, let's get to business. Right. Yeah.

It's just like, I would, there should be company mandates. Like, if I were you, you know, as one of

the batches, you should send an email when we start the Zoom meeting, no small talk. Like, would that

make you sound back or would it? It can also be like kind of small talk, though, before everyone,

sometimes if I, my new thing is to arrive at like, if the meeting is at 11, I try to arrive at

like 11.02. So I'm like one of the last people there. They've already been doing the small talk.
