And what a fun night in Portland. Lakers get a shocker of a win.

Offense does not miss a beat, although they have to go about it a little bit of a different way.

Get a road

win in Portland, move to 6 and 2D, no Luca, no LeBron, no Austin, no Gabe, and the Lakers

find a way. They start off okay, out of the gates in the first quarter. Portland makes a little

push toward the end of the first and Dalton gets a little

put back at the buzzer to cut it to nine. So they've, you know, kind of as the subs come in, D, the

second, third unit type of guys is where you really see the lack of depth on the team for that night.

However, Lakers get it back under control in the second quarter. Ruey was phenomenal in the first half with 18 points. Nick Smith Jr. sticks a couple of pull-up threes right before the break to cut it from a seven-point lead to a one-point game. It's like, all right, check out our Lakers. They're scrapping, staying in it. And meanwhile, Portland's ball pressuring, they get three, four back court

turnovers that turn into a dunk. Looks like a high school game. And Lakers are just trying to figure

out a way to bring the ball up court between Marcus Smart, running point. DA and Jackson brought

it up, Vando, whoever they could, they were figuring out out of way. So third quarter is more of a back

and forth type of quarter. And then in the fourth, Nick Smith Jr. goes crazy. And him and Brony
