is Matthew Maranoff aka the short sale savage. He has a new book coming out, short sale

savage is actually out now. I read the entire thing. I thought it was a great book and it helps

you understand him as a person a lot more too. So he's got a rough exterior. He's a tough jersey guy,

very straightforward. You could see that he's an M&M on the inside. He's just a softie that is

looking to really take care of people and keep people from getting screwed, which absolutely can have,

short sales happen a lot. People are getting bad information. They're misinformed. So

I think definitely with the where we are on the market, it's important to understand short sales,

understand the pros and cons, understand why it has to be about people and protecting people in

that situation. If you're coming as an investor in a short sale, you have to make sure you're not

taking advantage of people as a huge thing in the process as there's something that I don't want to

be dealing with as the investor. So bringing in a short sale specialist to come and intervene in

that and get that short sale done is something I have done personally in the past and I will continue

doing the future and hopefully real estate recovery group and Matthew Mountoff can help. So

with the market coming, I think short sales are going to be a major opportunity and I think he can
