0:29.4	one of my personal favorite shops to visit, it's also really impressive to see the success
0:33.6	of this shop as well as the loyalty of people in this area to the shop. In perfect timing,
0:39.4	this episode is rolling out just one day after Powderhound celebrates their 10-year anniversary.
0:45.7	So I got to chat with Eric through some of the trends and changes and overall reflections
0:51.1	that he's had over the past decade. Eric provided some interesting insight on what has changed and some of the current trends that
