It's amazing how often the instincts are correct.

It's easy to overthink things.

So the idea of just getting up, taking a

quick instinctive look, and then just putting it, and then going on, it's really amazing how well

you can put like that. You know, on the first day, I had four or five birdies. So that's one of the

benefits, I guess. And then since you have to run with your clubs, most guys play with four to seven clubs.

I played with a driver, a 20-degree hybrid, a five-iron, an eight-iron, and a 52-degree wedge, and then a putter.

Really, that's all the clubs that you need to be able to play.

It teaches you to play shots.

There's very rarely a time in speed golf where you'll have a shot that's a perfect distance.

And for that matter, you don't have time to calculate the distance.
