Hey guys, welcome to another T-Rex talk. Today we're going to be talking about some shooting fundamentals that I don't teach anymore.

Now, I think this is really important for instructors or people in positions of educational authority, I guess is what I would call it,

because I'm not a full-time instructor, but being someone who produces shooting content on YouTube

that reaches quite a few people, such as the League Q video, we've got that, it's got something

like 10 million views. Other content on our Instagram, our content reaches around 2 million-ish

people or so that does kind of put us in there as an educational entity for good or bad. And I think it's

important for people who are in those kinds of positions to bring up when they are changing

something about their curriculum and be willing to talk about things that they're not teaching

anymore. I know it can look bad sometimes, and it's why a lot of instructors don't do it.

But I do think it's something that instructors or anyone worth their salt needs to be willing to

do, willing to accept and be in a position where they, you know, are willing to talk about that.

So I have four things in particular that I want to talk about, one of which I did a video on

recently, and that is one R1s. And yes,

I'm going to answer some questions here and there, here from you guys, provide you all stop

talking about, you know, talking about, you know, whatever it is you're talking about in here.

But the first one that I want to talk about is the one or one. Now, the one or one, I already

did a video on this, so I'm not going to talk about it too long.

But it's essentially the drill to, it's an isolated drill to work your reload, whether it be with a pistol, rifle, submachine gun, even a bolt action for that matter, any type of really firearm.

And you have basically one round in the chamber, your empty magazine,

your empty stripper clip, your empty grand thumb, little spring, little thingy, and you're going

to fire that single shot, and then you are going to reload from your pocket, your load bearing

gear, your belt from your extra ammunition source into the weapon, and you will then chamber,
