Hello, everyone and welcome to police off the cuff, real crime stories.

I'm your host, a retired NYPD sergeant Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran of the NYPD,

here to bring you true crime.

You know, the story that we're covering tonight, it's actually, it's over a year old,

but it's such a horrific story.

And basically, it was the execution of a family of four in Romeoville, which is right outside of Chicago.

And on the left side of the thumbnail that you're seeing on the screen is the perpetrator, whose name is Nathaniel Ui Jr.

He's up at the top.

And at the bottom, he's there with his fiancé.

Irma Linda Palomo.

And on the right side is a family of four who were murdered in this devious, devious plot that has so many twists and turns.

There's a better picture of the family.

And almost all the time that I've seen in my police career,

violence of this level is usually somehow interconnected with drugs, with narcotics.

But it turns out, in this case, that's not true.

It has nothing to do with narcotics.

And as we go along here, we're going to discuss what it does involve.

And let's say that it involves a level of evil and deviousness that a few of us see

even in our long police careers.

I mean, just imagine murdering a seven-year-old and an eight-year-old

when there's clearly not the targets.

And killing three dogs, the family dogs.
