I'm Chanley Painter and this is the Fox True Crime podcast. A shocking twist in the case of Brian Walsh, a

Massachusetts man headed to trial for the murder and dismemberment of his wife, Anna.

On Tuesday, November 18th, Walsh pleaded guilty to two out of the three counts of his indictment,

misleading police officers and unlawful conveyance of a human body.

However, he continues to deny the first-degree murder charge against him.

Anna Walsh, a 39-year-old mother of three, was reported missing by

both her employer and her husband on January 4, 2023. At the time of her disappearance, Brian was on

house arrest awaiting sentencing for the fraudulent sale of fake Andy Warhol pieces. Walsh was arrested

four days later and charged with misleading police.

On January 18th, he was arrested again and charged with murder.

The murder trial is scheduled to begin December 1st.
