I'm your host, Tied NYPD Sergeant Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran of the NYPD.

You know, we've all been waiting for new information in regards to the Madeline Soto case,

a very tragic case, you know, in regards to the murder of a 13-year-old girl.

And we know that this guy on the screen, Stefan Stearns, I'll show up another picture of him.

He's already been charged with murder in the first degree.

And he, because of that crime and some of the other crimes he's committed, he's eligible for the death penalty.

But a lot of the, of how this happened, where it happened, a lot of that has been left a secret

to only law enforcement. But some of these, the new document that came out, based on the discovery that the

defense has requested, it gives us some real hints as to what's going on. New documents,

new documents in the case against Stefan Stearns,

the man accused of killing 13-year-old Madeline Soto,

detail what potential evidence law enforcement

and detectives have gathered during their investigation.

I'm looking for the, here we go.

Recently the state responded to the defense's motion for demand of discovery which sought

to see what documents, I and his phone records, and other elements the state has in its possession before a possible trial.

The five-page document provides an itemized list of what the state has in its possession.

Various statements, logs, and incident reports from the deputies, detectives, and officers involved in the investigation

are included. But other items include affidavits for what appear to be social media accounts,

possibly tied to Madeline Soto, including one specifically for Discord and Instagram.

There's also an application for tracking information connected to three vehicles, a 2012 Honda Civic, 2010 Lincoln, and a 2022 Nissan.
