Broncos final practice before the AFC championship game is in the books as they prepared to take on the New England Patriots.

And there's devastating news coming out of this final practice.

The Broncos have ruled J.K. Dobbins out for this game.

Despite practicing the entire week on a limited basis, He was ruled out for Sunday's AFC championship

game and this is a massive blow. The Broncos will be without their two best offensive players

with Bo Nicks out and J.K. Dobbins out. There was a lot of hope early in the week that J.K. Dobbins

was going to be able to play in this game. When I saw him, he looked good, but it's clear the Broncos want to give JK another extra two weeks to get ready for the Super Bowl. If the Broncos do win this AFC championship game and make it to the Super Bowl, I would expect JK is back at that time. There was hope from John Payton a couple of weeks ago that J.K. would play in this game,

and there was even hope inside the Broncos building earlier this week that he was going to be

able to play. But the Broncos make the decision to hold him out despite practicing today. J.K. Dobbins

is going to be out for the Broncos. That means it's the R.J. Harvey and J. Leal McLaughlin show on the ground for the Broncos and the Jarrett Stidham show through the air.

There's no chance he's playing in this game.

So if you had any hope, that is completely gone right now.

Also, Drew Sanders and Lucas Kroll are out in this game. No surprise, but they will not be activated off the IR for this game. So that's who's out. Questionable. The Broncos have a couple of guys

questionable. Luke Wattenberg, their starting center. Alex Forsyth, their backup center. Troy Franklin,

one of their star wide receivers, their number two leading receiver. And J.L. Skinner popped up today with a quad injury. He is questionable to play. He's a star special teams player for the Broncos. I expect Luke Wattenberg to play. So I expect the Broncos to have their starting centerback for this game. And Troy Franklin, from my understanding, is truly a 50-50 for this game. He injured his hamstring in this past game.

He's listed as questionable. It'd be huge for the Broncos to have him back after he had over 700
