Days ago, you might remember, I put out the theory

that the decorations committee here at the station

was plotting to skip over Thanksgiving

this year and jumped straight from Halloween right into jolly old St. Nick's Fishbowl party.

Some sort of turkey day deep state cover-up. And when I walked into the lobby doors this morning,

what do I see?

Not a cornucopia.

Someone puked Christmas all over the place.

I mean, honestly, it is the tackiest amount of Christmas decorations I have ever seen.

There's tinsel up in the rafters, up in the letters down the foyer, reds and greens and not a cornucopia or a turkey in sight. I mean, I saw a penguin in the break room sitting in the middle, like just in a pile of Mardi Gras beats.
